We will undertake all the relevant assessments on your land to produce a comprehensive masterplan. This will consider appropriate uses, community aspirations and existing facilities, highway access, and environmental impacts.
Planning Application
We will negotiate on your behalf with the planning authorities addressing their requirements and recommendations including any necessary appeals to secure planning consent.
Permission & Sale
Marketing particulars will be released to a select number of housebuilders as agreed with you to secure the best possible value. Only once your land is sold will we receive a percentage of the final sale.
